Pets

Pets are only allowed in the hotel on request, on the farm no pets are allowed.

Payment

To secure your booking, please make an advance payment of €200 - €800 per room. This will be fully deducted from the final price.

Travel cancellation insurance

Something can happen before the start of your trip, with our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should you arrive late or not at all for a booked hotel stay or break off early, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this trip cancellation insurance so that these are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
If you take out travel cancellation insurance, a deposit is not required for confirmation.

General cancellation conditions

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer's Code)

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated - however we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged at 100% of the daily rate
• From 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the agreed total price
• For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 31 to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations made up to 61 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
