12 eco-natural apartments (50–65 m²) with kitchen, separate children’s rooms, and high-quality amenities
4 spacious three-room apartments (55 m²) with kitchen, separate children's rooms, and two bathrooms
1 premium three-room apartment (45 m²) with fully equipped kitchen

The new units are built using high-quality eco-timber construction with clay plaster and offer unique views of the Dolomites.

Our animals live year-round in open stables, in herds with their companions, and are lovingly cared for by our experienced team. With our certified riding instructor Lissy, you can enjoy riding lessons and (depending on ground conditions) trail rides.

Play, fun, and adventure in the heart of nature! The large outdoor playground with swings, climbing areas, and bounce attractions makes children’s hearts beat faster. The panoramic and toddler pools offer plenty of splashing fun. Animal experiences await at the farm, and the riding stable invites kids for their first rounds on horseback.

Kids all-inclusive, parents enjoy half board, afternoon cake buffet – and pure relaxation in the wellness area with sauna & quiet zone.

Our warm-hearted team creates a cheerful atmosphere and makes every holiday unforgettable.

Our Natural Swimming Pond

Our pond is super clean and is a biotope with various aquatic plants and small water animals such as newts, frogs, water snails, pond skaters, etc. On warm days, it can reach 20 °C. Enjoy chemical-free water fun thanks to our top-tier biological filtration system, which continuously provides fresh water and outstanding quality!
